Drinking Water for Health
Drinking water for health reasons is something that cannot and should not be overlooked. Water is the key to life and the health benefits of drinking water are innumerable and immeasurable. There is not a more important element that is needed by the body, and one which must constantly be replaced throughout each day. Not drinking water in appropriate amounts can be devastating to your health. A good rule of thumb when it comes to drinking water for health is that the body needs a minimum of half your weight in ounces of drinking water everyday. (Example: If you weight 150 lb., you need 75 ounces of drinking water per day.)
